By agreeing to commission me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of service as outlined here.

Content

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.I am OK with drawing:
- Furry characters
- Human(oid) characters
- Real people and pets
- Suggestive content + slight nudityI will NOT draw:
- Mechas
- Hardcore NSFW
- Stolen characters

Process

Please have visual references ready. It is required!
Feel free to include text descriptions in addition to visual refs!After artwork content is agreed on, payment is taken upfront before work on a commission is started. Certain exceptions can be negotiated for return commissioners.Payment is in USD and must be made through PayPal or Venmo.After payment is made, I will begin work on your commission.Updates will be given at progress milestones, unless discussed or requested otherwise, and minor revisions requested at these check-ins will be free of charge.Major revisions will incur an additional fee. (ie. Asking for a pose change after linework is completed will not be free. Asking for a pose change at the sketch check-in will be free.)

Copyright and Usage

All artwork is for personal use only, and may not be used for commercial use.I retain all rights and copyright to the commissioned piece.I reserve the right to upload commissioned artwork to my social media accounts, and to use commissioned artwork as examples for future commissions, unless it has been discussed otherwise with the client.I do NOT allow for any of my artwork, including both completed artwork and work-in-progress photos, to be used in any AI art programs.

Refunds

Full refunds are available before the initial sketch is sent.No refunds will be given after the artwork has been completed and delivered.In the case I decide I am unable to complete your artwork, I will fully refund you.
